Spirit Scientific has independently developed the BMLT® Biofoundry™ platform, which transforms proteins, growth factors, exosomes, and nucleic acids into precisely dosed lyophilized powders suitable for long-term storage at room temperature, addressing challenges in bioactivity preservation and cold-chain logistics. Our services include process development, lyophilization parameter optimization, validation, pilot production, and commercial-scale manufacturing. Our Xizhi facility is accredited by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW)/PMDA and provides cross-border commercial CDMO manufacturing capabilities. Our proprietary products include PLT, PLTgel, and R3DN.
